Rowanmoor celebrates team’s exam success

Rowanmoor is delighted to announce that five colleagues have passed their Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Level 3 certificate in Investment Operations with flying colours. The exam success is the outcome of hundreds of hours of study time put in by the team since 2020.

The Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) is an internationally recognised global standard taken by practitioners to enhance their knowledge and skills of the administration and operations areas of the financial services sector. Passing the certificate ensures the team are compliant with FCA Senior Managers & Certification Regime requirements, providing them with the tools and understanding to supervise team members undertaking regulated activities.

The colleagues who passed their exams are Andrew Sharpe, Operations Manager, Client Portfolio FPT and SIPP; Lydia Hunt, Head of Customer Outcomes; Rachel Hodges, Manager, RPPL Operations; Luke Ibbotson, Manager Client Portfolio FPT, and Anna Noel Johnson, Manager, Client Portfolio SIPP.

Paul Downing, Chief Executive Officer, Rowanmoor, commented: “These results are the outcome of two years of hard work put in by our team and we are delighted to share their achievements. It is also a recognition of the quality of our team, and we look forward to them continuing to provide a best-in-class service for Rowanmoor’s clients.”

Colin Anderson: Client Relationship Manager, Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, commented: “It is brilliant to see the employees at Rowanmoor achieve success with their exams. It is especially significant as we all know the Covid-19 pandemic has meant the last two years have been difficult and to have the dedication to keep studying during this time is a credit to the candidates, firm and the CISI”.
